1. Why Does The Windows Firewall In Windows Xp SP2 Not Come Up Or Display A Error Message?
 
This Problem Is A little Rare But This Could Happen When There Is A Corrupted File Or Some Kind Of Error. Here Are Some Solutions Below To Fix This Problem:
 
1ST Solution
 
* sfc /scannow Can Work With Replaceing A Missing File. Which Requires The Windows Xp Disc. To Try This Solution Read These Steps Below:
*Start
*Run
*Type The Word sfc /scannow In the Box
*After That It will Ask You For A Windows Xp Disc
*When The Dialog Box Goes Away Restart Your Computer And Try Running The Windows Firewall.
 
2ND Solution
 
You Could Also Try Running The Error Checker That Fixes Bad Sectors And Errors. To Try This Solution Read The Steps Below:
 
*Go To Start Or Look On Desktop
*Go To My Computer
*Right Click On Local Disk C (Hard Drive)
*Click On Properties
*A Dialog Box Will Appear With Some  Tabs On Top And Click On Tools
*Click On Error-Checking And Click Check Now
*Another Box Will Display And Check Both Of The Boxes
*Click Start And It Will Ask You Too Restart And Click Ok (Warning This Can Take Up To 2 Hours To Complete

You Could Try Reinstalling SP2 Which Will Replace All Missing Files And All Files That Come With SP2 Including Windows Firewall. Read The Steps Below To Try This Solution:
 
*You Could Order A Free SP2 Disc From Microsoft Which Will Take A Few Weeks From http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/updates/sp2/cdorder/en_us/default.mspx
 
*Or You Could Download The Full Setup For The SP2 From This Site
 
This Download is tested and safe.
 
*I Recommend Downloading And Saving The Setup File To Your Desktop
*After Downloading The Setup File Click On Run
*Then It Will Start Extracting Files From The Setup And Then All You Have To Do Is Click Continue And Accept.
*When It Is Done Installing You Will Have To Restart And Then You'll Be Done And If These Solutions Don't Work Then I Recommend Reinstalling Windows Xp
 
 
2. Why When I Restart My Computer I Get A Blue Screen With An Error Message On IT?
 
 
This Basically Means That You Have A Corrupted System File Or A Virus. There Is Only Really One Solution To This Problem And That Is Too Reinstall Windows.
 
 
3. How Do I Reset My Cmos/ (Bios)?
 
All You Have To Do Is Open Up Your Computer Tower And Locate A Chip That Looks Like A Watch Battery And It's On The Motherboard. Just Press The Button On It That Is Holding The Battery In Place And It Should Come Out. Then All You Have To Do Is Put The Chip Back In And Your Bios Should Be At Manufacturer Defaults.
